Thank you for shopping with Peiunyucasd. We know receiving your order on time is important, and we want to make our shipping process clear and easy to understand.

- Order Processing
After your order is placed, our team begins preparing it for shipment as soon as possible. Order processing usually takes up to 3 business days. During this time, we verify the order details, prepare the package, and transfer it to the shipping carrier.
Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will normally begin processing on the next business day.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
- Shipping Time and Shipping Fee
Peiunyucasd offers standard worldwide shipping.
Estimated delivery time:
10–20 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.
Standard shipping fee:
USD $5.99 per order.
Final shipping costs will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
- Delivery Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control. These may include customs inspections, carrier delays, weather conditions, local delivery issues, holidays, or other unexpected disruptions.
If your package takes longer than expected, we appreciate your patience while the carrier continues processing the shipment.
- Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Tracking information may not update immediately after shipment. In some cases, it can take several days for tracking details to become active in the carrier system.
- Split Shipments
If your order includes more than one item, your products may be shipped separately. This can happen when items are fulfilled from different warehouses or when separate shipments allow faster delivery.
If your order is split into multiple packages, each shipment will have its own tracking number.
- Order Changes
If you need to update your shipping address or make changes to product details such as size, color, or quantity, please contact us as soon as possible.
All change requests must be submitted within 12 hours after placing the order.

We will do our best to assist you, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has entered processing or fulfillment.
- Failed Delivery or Unclaimed Packages
If the delivery carrier is unable to complete delivery, they may leave a notice or hold the package at a local post office, collection point, or carrier facility.
Please use your tracking number to contact the local carrier first if delivery was attempted.
Peiunyucasd is not responsible for packages that are returned, delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information, incomplete addresses, failure to collect the package, or missed delivery attempts.
- If Your Shipment Is Delayed
If your tracking information has been updated within the past 7 days, your package is still moving through the shipping network.

- Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is officially confirmed as lost while in transit, Peiunyucasd will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
However, if tracking shows that the package has been successfully delivered, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or missing packages after delivery confirmation.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please first check with neighbors, household members, building management, the mailroom, or your local delivery carrier.
- Shipping Locations and Fulfillment
We ship to customers worldwide. In rare cases where delivery to a specific country or region is not available, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Orders may be shipped from fulfillment centers or trusted manufacturing partners located in regions such as the United States, Canada, Australia, the European Union, or other locations, depending on product availability and delivery efficiency.
This allows us to provide reliable shipping while maintaining competitive product pricing and quality standards.
- Important Shipping Notes
Delivery estimates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Peiunyucasd is not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, local delivery restrictions, holidays, or events outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local charges required by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Once tracking confirms that a package has been delivered, our shipping responsibility is considered fulfilled.
Packages lost, stolen, or misplaced after confirmed delivery are not covered by Peiunyucasd.
