General Return Policy
All sales made through Peiunyucasd are final. We do not accept standard returns, exchanges, or change-of-mind requests after an order has been placed.
Returns, replacements, or refunds may only be considered if the item you received has a verified quality problem, arrives visibly damaged, or is different from the product you ordered.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Although we work to ensure every order is checked and packed properly, issues may occasionally occur during fulfillment or delivery.
Please inspect your package carefully once it has been delivered. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.

Clear photos or video showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
Once we receive your request and supporting evidence, our team will review the case. If the issue is approved, we will offer an appropriate solution based on the situation. This may include a replacement, a partial refund, or a full refund.
Refunds
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method used for the order.
Please allow approximately 7–12 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Exchanges
Peiunyucasd does not provide regular product exchanges for reasons such as size preference, color preference, duplicate orders, or personal choice.
A replacement may only be arranged when the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, and the claim has been reviewed and approved by our customer support team.
Unauthorized Returns
Please do not return any product without first receiving instructions from our support team.
Products sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. Unauthorized returns are not eligible for a refund, replacement, store credit, or any other resolution.
